Bright, flexible interiors

Inside, you’ll find open floors with floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and clean layouts that maximise natural light. The space can be shaped around different ways of working, from collaboration and quick stand-ups to dedicated zones for quiet focus.

Materials and lighting have been chosen to keep the environment airy, modern and functional.

Designed for comfort and productivity

The office blends comfort with practicality: acoustic elements reduce background noise, lounge areas offer informal spaces to think or connect, and meeting rooms are equipped for both on-site and hybrid collaboration.

The overall layout helps teams stay focused while providing the right areas to pause, reset and stay energised throughout the day.

At Epson, we apply our sustainability commitment to every corner of our organisation, from office lighting to global headquarters. Each location is designed with energy efficiency, waste‑reduction and circular‑economy principles in mind. Most of our European offices and sites already operate using 100 % renewable electricity, and we regularly review our facility operations to minimise resource use and maximise reuse.

This means when you join Epson, you step into a workplace that lives our Efficient · Compact · Precise philosophy not just in the products you might help market or support — but in the environment where you contribute your expertise and build your career.

What is a competency based interview?

A competency-based interview, also known as a situational or evidence-based interview, allows you to share examples from your past work experience. This helps us understand how you might approach tasks and challenges at Epson if you are successful.

How should I answer competency-based interview questions?

We recommend using the STAR approach to structure your answers:

Situation: Describe a specific situation or challenge you faced.

Result: Share the outcomes of your actions and what you accomplished.

This method helps you provide clear, concise, and relevant examples from your experience.
